Q: Where did you go to undergrad and what did you study?

I went to Bucknell University for my undergraduate studies, where I majored in Biomedical Engineering and minored in Dance.

Q: What is something that you like about your research?

I really enjoy that my project sits at the intersection of biomechanics and physiology and incorporates experimental and computational modeling techniques. I also love the clinical motivation behind my research and our collaboration with the Pediatric Neuromuscular Clinic at UVa!

Q: What do you like to do when you aren't working on research?

Outside of research, I have been involved with the UVa Dance Department by participating in their Dance Concerts. Some of my more recent (quarantine inspired) hobbies include yoga, painting, and reading in my hammock.
