Conference Room Upgrades

The following AV system upgrade has been completed.
- Wilsdorf 200 to a Zoom Room system
Just a quick note to let everyone know that the AV upgrade in the Wilsdorf 200 meeting room is complete! We installed a ZOOM ROOMS system over spring break and ran into a minor configuration issue, but that has been resolved, and the ZOOM ROOM is running as designed.

MS Teams General Channel can now be customized.
Read NowMicrosoft has heard your cry! The Owner of the Team can change or customize the name of the General Channel! And it is easy to do - wait... is that a good thing or a bad thing?
Just click the 3 little dots to the right of the channel and select Manage Channel or Rename Channel
Things to consider before the change:
There is no going back to General, once you change it, General is no longer an option to rename to.

Is That Email Really From My Boss?

They ask the recipient to reply with sensitive information, such as login credentials or financial details, enter sensitive data into online forms, click suspicious links, or to download harmful attachments.
The University will never ask for your password or sensitive personal information via email.
